Returns

Items must be returned within seven days of purchase in order to receive a store credit or a refund.  In order for items to be eligible for return, it must be in the same pristine condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.  Any items returned not in their original form/condition will not be accepted for return nor will a refund be issued. 

Shipping

We are currently offering free standard ground shipping (5 business days) for all shipments within the U.S.   All other shipping methods will be charged accordingly.  If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please send an e-mail to:  info@shopurbanflair.com and we will work with you to ensure your package is delivered on-time.  The same goes for all International orders.

Sales Tax

The sales tax is currently 9% for all orders shipping in the State of Illinois.  There will be no sales tax charged for all U.S. orders shipping outside of the State of Illinois.

It is duly noted how important your privacy is and the information you share with Urban Flair.  We will not sell or share your information with any third parties.  The information you provide to Urban Flair will be used to assist us with the fulfillment of your request and to communicate with you.
